Keep in mind that Indicas, Sativas, and Hybrids all have different effects, so there are no ratings for specific effects, such as pain relief, anxiety, etc.., or slightly less medical terms like couchlock, munchies, stoney, etc... These factors do come into consideration when grading the strength, but so does the type of bud.
Who am I to say in general what is better, Indica or Sativa. They both have their place, I like them both, as long as they're good.
